Former India batsman and captain SachinTendulkar confirmed that he has tested positive for COVID-19 and has “mild symptoms”. The batting legend, via a statement on his Twitter account, added that all others at home have tested negative.
Sachin said I have been testing myself and taking all recommended precautions to ensure covid is kept bay. However I've tested positive today following mild symptoms all others at home have tasted negative.
I've Quarantined myself at home and am following all the necessary protocols as advised by my doctors.
He also said I want to think all the health care professionals who are supporting me and many others across the country.
