The attacks triggered a massive blaze that illuminated the night sky, raising fears of escalating strikes deep inside Russia. 🔥 Explosions at the Ryazan Oil Refinery Eyewitnesses described multiple blasts and fireballs erupting near the catalytic cracking or hydrocracking unit — one of the most critical parts of the Ryazan Oil Refining Company complex. The refinery is among Russia’s largest, with an estimated annual output of 12–13 million tons of oil products, including gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel. Firefighting crews were deployed immediately, but flames reportedly spread across several sections of the industrial site. His deputy, Maria Jose Sierra said the daily infection rate had slowed since the introduction of strict lockdown measures earlier this month - to 12 percent on average since March 25 from around 20 percent in the March 15-25 period.


Spain has entered its third week of a nationwide lockdown, with flags flying at half-mast in Madrid and surrounding regions.

The first batch of medical supplies requested by Spain from NATO's disaster coordination centre arrived from the Czech Republic by plane on Sunday evening.


At the weekend, the Government announced all non-essential workers should stay at home for two weeks.
